How do I submit my order and photos?
1. Choose your product and preferences.

3. Provide your pup’s name and any special details if allowed (each product has different requirements).
4. We’ll create a proof for you to review and approve before printing begins.
5. Once approved, we print, inspect, and ship—it’s that easy.
For Figurines:
1. Choose your figurine base and any extras (like wireless charging or name engraving).
2. Upload at least three clear photos: front, side, and back views of your dog.
3. Provide your pup’s name and any special details.
4. We’ll create a 3D render for you to review and approve before printing begins.
5. Once approved, we print, finish, inspect, and ship—it’s that easy.
Why is my order non-refundable if I change my mind?
- Each product is uniquely created based on your dog’s photos and specifications, so resale isn’t possible once made .
- Refunds or returns are available only if there’s a manufacturing defect or a significant deviation from your approved render.
- This policy ensures we’re sharing all production costs fairly and maintaining high-quality custom work.
What about shipping—are there tracking details and payment guarantees?
- We offer free standard shipping on all orders in the U.S. over $50
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number and email confirmation.
- International orders may incur additional duties or customs fees—the buyer is responsible for these charges.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Cancellations are accepted only until you approve the 3D render/proof. After approval, we begin production and can’t accommodate changes.
How are these figurines made?

- After printing and hand-finishing, we inspect each piece for quality and ship it securely to you.
What if my figurine is damaged or incorrect?
We stand by our craftsmanship and offer a 30-day guarantee. If your figurine arrives damaged or differs significantly from your approved design, we’ll gladly replace it or issue a full refund. We’ll also cover any return shipping costs.
Do I get to approve my product before it’s printed?
Yes—every products is custom-crafted, and you stay in control:
- After uploading at the requested photos: our in‑house 3D modeling team builds a personalized digital model from scratch for figurines. For other products we will share a proof once the designer complete design.
- We’ll share a 3D render/Proof via email.
- You can review and request up to two rounds of changes to ensure your pup’s likeness is accurate.
- Once you approve the final render/proof, we begin printing.
- This ensures you’re fully satisfied before we ever print a custom piece.
How do I request changes?
Yes—you stay in full control of the design:
- Once we share the initial proof you will be able to reply back to the email thread and communicate with our team with any thought and comments.
Why only two rounds of revisions?
To keep things fair and focused:
- Two rounds allow you to fine-tune the design without delaying production.
- Additional tweaks can be done for a small fee, provided before we begin.
- After final approval, we schedule the print and move forward.
This structure balances customization with efficient turnaround.
What happens after I approve?
Once approved:
- We begin the printing process of your product.
- Your product is packaged securely before being shipped.
- You receive tracking information via email.
Turnaround is typically 3–5 business days from approval to shipment, depending on current order volume.
How long does the process take from order to delivery?
We’ve structured the timeline to ensure quality, customization, and transparency:
Order submission & processing (1 business day)
Once you complete your order and upload at required photos, we begin processing within 24 hours.
Custom design & approval (up to 2–5 business days)
Our in-house designers and modelers handcraft your dog’s likeness using your photos. You’ll receive a proof or 3D render to review and can request up to two rounds of changes. Design revisions typically take 1–2 days per round, so the process takes up to 5 days in total.
Product, finishing & inspection (1–2 days)
After approval, we print with the highest quality materials, inspect, and package your products.
Shipping (approx. 3–7 business days domestically)
Once your product ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Most domestic orders arrive in 3–7 business days. International shipping typically takes 10–21 business days.
